About the project

La Vaguada is part of the recent history of Madrid. It is an urban and emotional icon that has accompanied entire generations, and is still very present in the life of the neighborhood.

From Abalun, we approached its rebranding as an opportunity to reconnect with that genuine identity, updating it with respect and listening.

More than a shopping center

La Vaguada is that place you go to make errands, but also to walk, discover, find yourself. In its corridors, fashion, gastronomy, culture, services and leisure coexist. But what makes it unique is its emotional dimension: it is part of the daily life of people, their routines and special moments. A hybrid and plural space, that has remained relevant thanks to its ability to adapt without losing its character.

An identity with history, alive and in motion

With more than four decades of life, La Vaguada continues to be a reference in the Madrid urban and social landscape. Its constant evolution has made it a place where each visit can be different.
