These General Conditions govern the use, including mere access, of the Website. The purpose of the Website is to provide users with information about the design, technology and artificial intelligence services that Yoinet provides under the Abalun brand, both locally and internationally, including through a conversation with an artificial intelligence assistant.

The Website contains elements and sections developed directly by Yoinet. Accessing and browsing the Website makes you a user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of the conditions set out in this Legal Notice. Please read the Legal Notice beforehand and, if you do not agree with its content, refrain from accessing the Website.

The user voluntarily accepts that access to and use of the Website take place under their own sole and exclusive responsibility. Yoinet reserves the right to modify the content of the Website and of this Legal Notice unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice, in order to adapt to operational, technical or legislative changes.

The user undertakes to use the Website and the content and services offered on it in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, good faith, accepted moral standards and public order. The Website offers users the possibility of making enquiries through a conversation with an artificial intelligence assistant. Its replies are generated automatically, are for information purposes only and may contain errors; they do not constitute an offer or a contractual commitment by Yoinet.

The conversation on the home page is answered by an artificial intelligence system, not by a person, except for the messages labelled ‘Someone from our team · live’, which are written by a member of the team. For any commitment, the channel is the email address hola@abalun.com.

The messages that the user writes in the conversation are subject to this Legal Notice. The user is solely responsible for them, and Yoinet is exempt from any liability arising from their content, whether because it infringes the image rights, personal data protection rights or intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties.

The protection of users’ privacy and personal data is very important to Abalun. Therefore, Abalun makes a permanent commitment as to the way in which it processes and keeps users’ personal data.
