DEMYA

A single website, app, online consultation, back office and gift card for a network of plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine clinics.

A hand holds a phone with the DEMYA app open.

Real beauty doesn’t show.

In cosmetic surgery, the best result is the one nobody can see. No one tells you what a good job your surgeon did. They tell you you’re looking well.

DEMYA is a network of plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine clinics that believes in exactly that: real beauty, the kind that respects who you already are. Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, Oviedo, Seville. Every week its doctors review cases together, whichever city they’re in.

Our job has been to do the same with technology: put it everywhere and let it show nowhere.

Under one roof

Before, each clinic had its own website, its own name, its own colour and its own way of explaining a rhinoplasty.

Now everything is under one roof, with a door for each city. Doctors still work under their own names, because here you know who is going to operate on you. And every old address leads to its new home, so nobody gets lost on the way.

  • The same DEMYA home page on a phone, with the ‘Quiénes somos’ (‘About us’) and ‘Profesionales’ (‘Professionals’) buttons.
  • A coloured glass mosaic with the DEMYA name on top.
  • The white lobby of the Madrid clinic, with a curved staircase and a person in the background.
  • Dr José María Picó, in a white coat with his arms crossed, in a black-and-white photo.
  • DEMYA’s online consultation form on a computer.
  • The form for booking an appointment at DEMYA, with the clinic, your details and the reason for the visit.
  • DEMYA’s online consultation form on a phone.
  • A waiting room at the Málaga clinic, with leather armchairs and a white table.
  • The ‘Somos DEMYA’ (‘We are DEMYA’) section of the website, with the text about its values on a sand-coloured background.
  • The photo of skin with the DEMYA logo that goes with the app notice.
  • A DEMYA doctor’s page on a phone, with a black-and-white photo of them.

The first conversation

Some people take years to make up their minds. When they finally do, they don’t want to fill in a form: they want someone to look at them.

The online consultation lets people send photos from home. They go straight into the patient’s clinical record and aren’t kept anywhere else. If someone arrives from a doctor’s page, the team already knows who they want to talk to.

In your pocket

What matters fits on a phone: your appointments, your doctors, your clinic.

The DEMYA app talks directly to the clinical system, with a key that only opens your record. It reminds you of your appointment the day before. And it lets you book the next one from the sofa.

  • The welcome screen of the DEMYA app, with the logo and the buttons to log in or sign up.
  • The top of the medical team list in the DEMYA app, with the search bar and the filters by speciality.
  • A doctor’s profile in the DEMYA app: their photo, their position, their clinic and their training.

What you don’t see

Behind every appointment there’s a clinical system, a CRM, an online shop and a website. We’ve brought them together with a custom back office, where doctors, clinics and treatments are added just once and appear on the website and in the app at the same time.

How DEMYA’s systems fit togetherPatients use the website and the app. Both are fed by DEMYA’s back office, which connects to the clinical system (ERP) and to the CRM. The clinical system is the one all five clinics use: Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, Oviedo and Seville.content · bookingsbookings · file · alertsschedule · records · photospatients · follow-upPatientfrom homeWebsiteunder one roofAppiOS and AndroidBack officedoctors, clinics andtreatments, just onceERPclinical systemCRMpatientsClinics5 citiesMadridValenciaMálagaOviedoSeville

As in good surgery, what matters happens where you can’t see it.

A gift with a balance

Giving someone a treatment is a delicate matter. Giving them the chance to choose it, much less so.

The gift card lives wherever its recipient does: on paper, in an email, in their phone’s wallet or inside the app. You can pay with all of it or part of it, and whatever is left waits for the next visit. Behind the scenes, every euro knows which treatment it went on.

The small print

In medicine, the small print is big print. Consent forms, legal texts, photos that don’t stay where they shouldn’t. We worked through it line by line with their legal advisers and their data protection officer.

Nobody walks into a clinic thinking about technology. Nor should they.

If everything works, all you see is what matters: a good doctor, a good result and someone who looks in the mirror and recognises themselves.
